Macaron Day began in Paris in 2005. We brought the tradition to Seattle in 2012 and have celebrated by highlighting a local non-profit each year with a limited edition macaron!
LIMITED EDITION FLAVOR
Each year for Macaron Day, our bakers create a new flavor to celebrate the event. Our bakers are testing and tasting! The official 2026 Macaron Flavor will be announced on Macaron Day, March 20!
MEET THE 2026 BENEFICIARY
Proceeds from 2026 Macaron Day sales will benefit The Light Collective: A local organization sparking joy and connection for families in the PNW who have a child with cancer.
